General
Willow Croft has made every effort to ensure that all of our items are displayed and detailed as accurately as possible.
Please note that the images on our website are not the actual sizes and some colours may differ slightly in the picture, but we have taken every care to detail the lengths and colours of all of our items to avoid our customers being dissatisfied with their purchase.
All of our items ordered on our website will be sent to you in high quality gift boxes. They will be packed well and shipped in a mailing bag or padded envelope. Should you wish to have your item gift wrapped please notify us by email and we will be happy to assist.
For Health and Safety reasons we will not be able to accept any returned earings.
Delivery Information
Our delivery charge is currently £3.99 regardless of weight or amount of items ordered.
All of our items will be despatched to you by Royal Mail within 48 hours from receipt of your order. Should you require any item urgently please contact us by email lynne12@runbox.com and we will endeavour to ship the item sooner.
Currently Willow Croft does not send any orders to PO Box addresses.
If you have not received your item within 10 working days from the date you placed your order please contact us immediately on 0113 2299594 or email lynne12@runbox.com.
Replacement of missing parcels will be at the discretion of Willow Croft.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged you must contact Willow Croft within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing lynne12@runbox.com or telephoning us on 0113 2299594.
Payments
Currently Willow Croft accepts cheques made payable to 'LB Haigh' or PayPal. Please note that if you are paying by cheque we would need to wait until the cheque has cleared before despatching your items.
Privacy Policy
Willow Croft will not pass on any of your personal information to any third party.
