Order and Payment
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of purchase, 6 days a week.

Payment is accepted via PayPal.
Personal Cheques are accepted and made payable to: 'LB HAIGH'.
Postal Orders are accepted.

Postage and Packaging
We deliver worldwide, the delivery charges are per order:
UK - £1.95
Europe - £2.99
Rest of the World - £3.50

We aim to despatch items in stock next day.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK and 10-14 working days for Europe and Rest of the World.

Returns Policy
We will happily refund any items which are damaged or unsuitable (P&P not refundable).

Please return the item and a refund will be made via the method you paid.

Ensure you enclose a covering letter with the item to avoid delay in processing the refund.
